Parks - Below is a listing of all parks in the QBL, along with amenities.
Baltimore
Belleville
From 401 - Wallbridge Road turn off, turn right. Follow Wallbridge Road to Moira Street, turn right. Follow Moira Street east to Marshall Road, turn right. Follow Marshall Road past the church to the park, entrance will be on the right.
From #2 Highway - Follow to Palmer Road, turn north onto Palmer. Follow to Bridge Street, turn left onto Bridge Street. Park entrance is ahead on the left.
Rotary Park is equipped with a canteen, indoor washrooms and an area for small children to play. There is ample parking available.
Parkdale Veterans Park 10 Birch Street
From 401 - Wallbridge Road turn off, turn right. Follow Wallbridge Road to Bell Boulevard, turn left. Follow Bell Boulevard east to Sidney Street, turn right. Follow Sidney Street to Maple Drive, turn left. The park entrance will be on the right at Birch Street.
Parkdale Veterans Park is equipped with outdoor washrooms and an area for small children to play. There is limited parking available. There is no canteen onsite.
Thurlow Community Center 516 Harmony Road. Thurlow 1 is across the road from Black Bear Ridge Golf course. Thurlow 5, 6, & 7 are beside the public school.
From the 401 East, take the highway 37 exit and head north to Harmony Road. Turn left and follow to the diamond.
From the 401 West, take the highway 62 exit and head north. At Ashley Street, stay to the right. Then turn right onto Harmony Road.
Thurlow Community Center is equipped with indoor washrooms and an area for small children to play. There is ample parking available.
Brighton
From the 401 - Take the Highway 30 exit and turn South. Follow Highway 30 to Highway 2. Turn left. At the Arena, turn right. The diamond is located behind the Arena.
From highway 2 - Follow Highway 2. At the Arena, turn left. The diamond is located behind the Arena.
King Edward Park is fully equipped with a canteen, indoor washrooms, plus an area for small children to play. There is ample parking available.
Kingston
Woodbine Park 1150 Woodbine Road
From 401, south on Gardiners Rd to Princess St. Turn right. Follow to Bayridge Dr. turn left then first right onto Woodbine Rd. Follow to park entrance on right.
From highway #2 (Princess St) to Collins Bay Road, turn right. Follow to Woodbine Rd. Turn left. Park entrance ahead on the left.
Woodbine Park is fully equipped with a canteen, indoor washrooms, plus an area for small children to play. There is ample parking available.
Melrose
Melrose Community Center 363 McFarland Road (Corner of McFarland Road and Melrose Road)
From 401, take Shannonville exit north to Melrose Road. Turn right. Follow to McFarland Rd. Entrance off of McFarland Rd.
From Highway #2 take Shannonville Gravel Rd. north to Melrose Road. Turn right. Follow to McFarland Rd. Entrance off of McFarland Rd.
Melrose Community Center is equipped with a canteen, indoor washrooms and an area for small children to play. There is ample parking available.
Quinte West
Bain Park is fully equipped with a canteen, indoor washrooms, plus an area for small children to play. There is ample parking available.
Montrose Park 271 Montrose Road
North off of highway 2. Cross the train tracks. Park is called Rotary Park and is on the west side of the road.
Wellington
Field of Dreams Corner of Belleville Street (County Road 2) and Niles Street.
From Belleville, take highway 62 South to the top of Mountain View hill. At the top of the hill is County Road 2 (Belleville Street), Turn right. Follow County Road 2 to Niles Street. Diamond is on the right hand side.
Field of Dreams is equipped with a canteen, indoor and outdoor washrooms and an area for small children to play. There is ample parking available.
Pinecrest Memorial Elementary School 27 Corey Street, Bloomfield, K0K 1G0
From Belleville, take highway 62 South to Scoharie Road (County Road 1) Turn left. Follow Scoharie Road past the Mustang Drive Inn to Corey Street (County Road 30). Turn right. Follow Corey Street to the Pinecrest Memorial Elementary School.
Pinecrest Memorial Elementary School is equipped with outdoor washrooms and an area for small children to play. There is ample parking available.
